What Nod Together is

Nod Together is a lightweight tool for making low-stakes group decisions. It does not verify anyone’s identity and does not provide a formal or legally binding voting mechanism.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nod Together for:

• anything illegal, harassing, or discriminatory;
• elections, governance, or other formal voting processes;
• medical, financial, employment, disciplinary, or safety-critical decisions;
• spam, abuse, or attempts to break the service.

We may remove content or decisions that break these rules.

Your content

You are responsible for the questions, options, and names you enter. Decisions expire and are deleted on the schedule described in the Privacy Notice.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. Eirvanta is not liable for decisions your group makes (or refuses to make).
