What we collect
To run a decision we store the question, the options, display names participants choose, and each person’s private reactions. No account, email address, or phone number is needed to take part.
Votes are private
Individual reactions are never shown to the organizer or to other participants — only combined group outcomes are revealed, and reaction counts are hidden entirely for very small groups. Raw individual votes are deleted within 24 hours of a reveal.
How long we keep things
Decisions that are never revealed expire after 7 days. Revealed results are kept for 30 days by default, then deleted. Organizers can delete a decision immediately at any time. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups until those backups expire.
Cookies — no tracking, ever
We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies, so you won’t see a cookie consent banner here. The only cookies involved are strictly necessary ones: a cookie that remembers you joined a decision on this device, and security cookies set by Cloudflare, which protects this site from bots and abuse (including the human-verification step when creating a decision). These exist solely to make the service work and are exempt from consent requirements.
Analytics
We record privacy-safe product events (such as “a decision was created”) with no question text, option text, names, or votes attached.
